if you are a member of any of our “whats app” groups or media platforms we utilise, you will remain aa participant accepting of these conditions and will only be removed from the date you wish to be removed by a request in writing . Historical data obtained and shared before 1 July 2021 will not be removed. The onus is upon yourself too remove yourself from any of our groups.
Any new members or clients wishing to become members or to join any of our communication platforms do so willingly and automatically accept these conditions should the elect or request or accept being a member of any of our groups or list.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. These images in visual form only also become the property of Blue Gravity or any of our subsidiaries.

As an ATO and Motorcycling training school, we are required to keep full details of all our students, their progress in training, exams and results. by accepting our services you accept that Blue Gravity shall retain this information and may contact you via this information regarding in offers, tours, events and the like. Further ore you agree that any photos taken by or shared with Blue Gravity or the owner via any of our media sources, such as “whats app”, face book etc. , or directly by yourself or at events etc. may be used by our company for marketing, publications or other digital uses to further Blue Gravity and become the property of Blue Gravity.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
